After 24 hours, we may be unable to cancel the order because it may have already entered the processing or fulfillment stage.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order, such as changing:
- Shipping address
- Product size
- Product color
- Product quantity
- Other order details
please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested change. However, modifications cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Shipping Address Changes
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
If you no longer want the item after it has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
